Galleria On The Park Condos is a new condo project by Elad Canada and Freed Developments and is currently in pre-construction. Galleria On The Park architect is designed by Core Architects and Hariri Pontarini Architects. The new project will be located at 1245 Dupont Street in Toronto. Galleria On The Park is a new 8 acres master-planned community on Dupont by Lead Canada and Freed. The community will consist of condominiums, park, public spaces, retail and office spaces. The project will bring approximately 2,846 residential units.
Galleria On The Park Condos Phase 1 will be Block 5. There will be 29 and 22 storey towers with a total of 604 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of 267 one bedroom, 269 two bedroom and 68 three bedroom layout. Units will range from 493 square feet to about 1,108 square feet. The building will feature 40,450 square feet of retail on the first two levels. The estimated completion date for Galleria On The Park Condos is set for June 2023.
